last week was a wash on getting a newsletter done, and i apologize for my lack of diligence. busy weeks make for thursday or friday morning quarterbacking to get the news out. i have vowed to be better about this, but can't seem to do it. maybe i need to end my sunday with it, and then not worry about it for the week! or, just make myself pick some time and get it done. well, thursday am it is!
we had a great weekend back after some vacation time, and some new songs to boot! we are really trying to make an effort to get a ton of new material into the setlist, so be ready for some changes, and some new stuff to dance to!
i'll get to the awards in a minute, but i need to do a platinum award first to Bill Carrier and his welding world of wonders. it's amazing how two simple pieces on the ramp get rid of all of our problems, and make us all happy on load in and load out. cheers to you, Bill, for being a real man of genius! we salute you and offer you a tasty cold beverage for us to toast you with! Mr. loading ramp welding perfector!

and the best birthday party goes to organizer Tara, and best boy Matt, for having a great time, and letting us be part of it.

and the narcolepsy award goes to me, for being oldest and most tired most of the time.
