Back in the saddle again, and things are coming together for a fine fall. The weather gets a little chilly at night, but it’s totally worth the warm days and great sleeping!  We had a blast on Saturday night with our return after a week off in beautiful Newport, VT.  Out under the stars, yes, it was a little cold, but no rain and lots of friendly faces.  We made it through that one, so we figured we’d do a busy weekend this coming weekend, and include another outdoor gig!  So here we go on another week of fun, and we hope you can join us somewhere along the way. 

 

This week starts early with a Thursday at the Brimmer, and just goes from there.  Friday brings us back to Barre, with all the Gusto that Gusto’s can give!  And Saturday, is the Mont Vernon, NH fireman’s ball, which is open to the public.  Check the website for updated directions, and see all the details below.  A night under the stars, to help raise money for the MVFD.  Come one, come all, support your local firemen, and dance your pants into a burning frenzy!  (or something like that)

 

We’ll be cranking out a few more fun summertime gigs, and I’m hoping to remember to pick up  the camera more often.  I have been totally bad about taking pictures, so I’m on a kick to get things updated on the website so there are more fun things to look at.  Anyway, enjoy the week, and get out and have some fun.

 

This week’s awards go to:

 

The beer ambulance award goes to Pete and the Nickelodeon.  Insulate an old ambulance and put taps on the side.  Um, great idea, or potential bad idea.  Either way, a good time had by all!

 

The worst state to drive through award goes to New Jersey.  The honeymoon spent an extra couple hours in traffic in the “garden parking lot state”

 

The best food of the week award goes to Bang Bang shrimp at Bonefish Grill. If you haven’t had them, go there and get them.

 

And the narcolepsy award goes to jason, for falling asleep both on the way, as well as on the way home.
