upcoming lkp dates!

Well, the return to Stowe was almost as fun as last week. Not as many familiar faces, but a lot of new ones, and some great dancers. This club is destined to be home of a lot of good times this winter, as we get ready for another ski season! (nice to think of snow in july!) With the winter far enough off, we’ll enjoy the summer with some fine gigs and good times to be had by all. Saturday was the usual madhouse at the Brimmer, I guess we will always have a great time in Manchester – with only some minor setbacks – see the awards below…

This week, in honor of july 4^th wteekend, we’ll be doing some traveling, as well as some gigs close to home. Friday will see us in maine, christening Rick’s café in Naples with our first visit of the summer. From here on out, I’m assuming it’s going to be a blast, and we look forward to seeing our old friends from Sunday river who make Rick’s their summer home. Saturday will be the return to the Anchorage in Sunapee, and we’ll roll out the 4^th of july with a Monday night gig at the Paradise at weirs beach. If you get a chance, I think the fireworks are Monday night as well, so it should be a great night on the lake! 3 nights, 3 different lakes, we’ll be wet behind the ears in no time!

The renovation situation award goes to Ken and his crew at the Nail. The place is going to be a showplace by the time they are done with it, and the kitchen is going to be making some of the best vittles we can get our grubby little mitts on!

The get your deer award goes to Gord for Friday night/Saturday morning – Honda 1, deer 0

The creative accoutrement award goes to the person that booted on my road bag on Saturday night. Gives a whole new meaning to late night laundry room activity!

And the narcolepsy award goes to all of us for a sleepy ride home!

upcoming lkp dates

Here is the quick and dirty version for this week, we’ve added a date for Friday, and we’re playing tonight, so get out and play with us!

A great weekend was had by all, the guys at the Nail had so much fun that we had to plan it all over again for this Friday! We’ll be returning to stowe on Friday to start of the weekend, and have a blast all over again. The renovations are coming along at the nail, and the plasmas in the bathrooms, and huge kitchen are an enormous improvement! If you have been there before, you’ll love the changes. Bike week Saturday was an adventure, had some fun on the strip, and got a little rain, but no problems other than that. The usual freak show did not disappoint.

This week – come to whippersnappers tonight for the benefit. 10 bucks for a great cause, and a bunch of great music. What else can you ask for on a Tuesday!?
